That’s why our functional, HYROX and strength class timetable offers a precision-engineered weekly split: Peak Days create the stimulus. Threshold Days build the engine to handle it. Whether you log in 2, 4, or 6 sessions a week, shift between these stimuli to unlock your full performance potential: 

PEAK DAYS | Push the Limit. These are the high-intensity anchors of your week where output is the highest. Think power, skill and endurance. You can expect heavier loads, more demanding skills, and longer sustained efforts designed to drive athletic adaptation, build raw strength, and sharpen your competitive edge. 

THRESHOLD DAYS | Build your Engine. Performance isn't built by going hard every day. Speed and capacity sessions develop aerobic endurance, improve movement efficiency and increase your ability to sustain high-quality output. These sessions decrease injury risk, reduce overall physical stress, and help your body absorb the peak training stimulus.


HYROX: PEAK

HYROX Peak classes are built around the most demanding sessions of the week, combining strength, power and race-specific intensity. Expect challenging workouts designed to improve performance and build resilience, which will prepare you for the demands of race day.

Build fitness without burning out.

HYROX Threshold focuses on sustainable efforts, movement quality and aerobic development. These sessions are designed to balance peak training days while continuing to improve endurance, efficiency and overall race performance.

WOD Peak combines strength, skill and high-intensity conditioning in a CrossFit-Style format. These are sessions where you will lift heavier, build more power, and master the technical skills to reach new heights.


WOD: Treshold

Master the fundamentals and build consistency. 

WOD Threshold prioritises movement quality, aerobic fitness and sustainable training volume. Expect sessions that develop your engine, improve technique and leave you feeling stronger. 


FRiday night lights (FNL)

The ultimate start to your weekend.

FNL is more than a workout, it's a big team sweat that’s open to everyone and completely free for members and non-members alike. This is a high-energy session, where you sweat, connect and celebrate with a drink together afterwards.


Sunday sweat

Train together. Push together. Finish strong.

Sunday Sweat is a high-energy team workout, with challenging conditioning, group formats and a strong collective atmosphere that pushes efforts higher than you’d go alone. With coach and community takeovers, expect fresh takes to the sessions, bringing new styles, structures and energy into the mix. 


BUILT

Build muscle. Build strength. Build confidence. 

Built is our dedicated strength-training programme designed to help you develop lean muscle, improve body composition and feel stronger. Using structured splits across the week, each session focuses on a specific area of the body to maximise progress, improve definition and build long-term results.

The ONE LDN training philosophy comes to life in The Playground; our dedicated 2,000 sq ft performance arena built for functional, hybrid, and strength training. This isn’t a space for soulless workouts, it’s a high-energy environment engineered for real connection, grit, and team programming.

Equipped with 8 squat racks, rowing machines, ski ergs, echo bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, and wall balls, The Playground has everything you need to build an unbreakable engine, serious strength, and athletic performance. This where you transform consistency into high performance.
