A dedicated sled track and treadmill area, plus HYROX classes built to get you race-ready. Our signature HYROX 90 sessions offer longer partner workouts designed to build your engine, strength endurance and race-day performance
Unlimited Classes

Our signature classes, including HYROX, WOD, Built, Pilates, and Yoga, are designed to challenge, elevate and transform. All sessions are expertly programmed and delivered by our elite coaches, running at a range of times, daily.
Elite Recovery

Four Ice Baths, two Saunas, Normatec boots and Hyperice recovery tech. Recovery isn't an add-on, it's part of the training. Everything you need to reset, so you can keep pushing.
The Studio

Daily Pilates and Yoga classes built to enhance mobility, flexibility, posture and core strength. Low-impact & high-value, these sessions can supplement your training, keep you moving well, and reduce your risk of injury.
Train with mates

No one trains alone here. Free weekly events, big team sessions like HYROX 90 and Sunday Sweat, and one free guest pass every month to bring your mates along. Train with people who push you further, and leave with new mates.
The Bar

Pre-fuel and refuel at The Bar, with a selection of shakes, coffee, matcha and a curated line-up of performance and hydration brands. Order ahead, pick up when the session's done.
