What are your opening hours?

You can find our opening hours here.

Do you have classes for beginners?

Yes, all our classes are available to all levels. You can find full description of our classes on our booking timetable. Majority are suitable to all.

Is there car parking?

You can use the car park underneath the gym at a standard rate, or you can use the pay and display machines on the streets next to the gym.

Can we have a look around?

Of course! Drop in for a free tour any time with one of our wonderful Front of House Team.

Do you offer a free trial?

We have an Intro Offer currently running, which offers Unlimited Classes & Gym Access for your one week, all for £49.00

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

Yes. We have large changing rooms with showers & hair dryers.
Both changing room (male & female) provide saunas, plunge pools and fully equipped showers with shampoo, conditioner & moisturiser.

What do I wear to class?

Anything comfortable that you can move in.
Yoga, and Pilates can be bare feet, or you can wear socks with a suitable grip.
Weightlifting shoes can also be worn if partaking in that class.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Unfortunately not.

Do you have Personal Trainers?

Yes! Our world-class team of Trainers have a range of specialisms to help you reach your goals.

Do you provide membership just for classes?

All our memberships include unlimited access to all classes, open floor gym and recovery facilities.
If you would prefer to just pay for classes, we offer a range of day pass rates.

Is there a joining fee?

Yes, we currently have a £30 joining fee.
Club members and annual members enjoy 1x guest pass a month included in their membership.
