unbeatable ACAdemy | hybrid training programme
Train like an athlete. Perform without limits.
Whether you're new to HYROX, chasing PBs, or chasing a podium, this is your chance to train like a pro.
Born from the success of the Unbeatable Crew, the Unbeatable Academy gives you access to the same data-driven systems, tools and community that powered multiple world-stage podiums.
Our tiered programmes target what moves the needle most in your performance. From HYROX foundations if you’re new, to all-round development for levelling up across the board, to specialised performance blocks designed to focus on your biggest limiting factors to improve key areas for growth — threshold, efficiency and capacity.
Each programme meets you where you are and builds you toward where you want to go.

A Data-Driven Pathway to PEAK Hybrid Performance
Not sure which pathway to choose or where to focus? We’ll help you identify it.
Book a VO2 Max and Lactate Threshold Test at ONE LDN: benchmark your metrics, train with purpose, track your progress, and repeat — each cycle taking your performance higher.
VO2 Max and Lactate Threshold Testing
For those ready to go deeper, ONE LDN offers Performance Fitness Testing to bring precision to your training. VO2 Max and Lactate Threshold Testing pinpoints your exact physiological profile - revealing your true strengths, weaknesses and potential.
These results don’t just give you numbers - they define your training pathways and help you choose your programme. Without testing, most athletes are guessing. You’ll still get fitter, but you may never address the real limiter holding back your performance.
While the test isn’t mandatory to join the Academy, we see it as a non-negotiable for real progress — especially if you’re chasing a PB, a podium or just want to make your training count.
Understanding Your Threshold Pace
If you haven’t completed performance testing, you can still personalise your training using a 10K time trial and 2K row test - simple, effective benchmarks to set running and erg zones across the block.
Threshold sessions: Controlled, hard efforts — tough but repeatable.
10km time trial
We determine your training threshold using a 10K time trial.
Threshold pace = 90–95% of your average 10K pace
Example:
If you complete your 10K in 45:00 (4:30/km) → Threshold pace = 4:35–4:40/km
So, if your session calls for 4 × 6 min @ threshold, run each at 4:35–4:40/km.
Zone 2 pace: Roughly 5:30–6:00/km, about one minute slower per km.
Zone 2 runs: Conversational, steady, sustainable.
Threshold sessions: Controlled, hard efforts — tough but repeatable.
2K Row Test
We determine your training threshold using a 2K row test.
Threshold pace = 90–95% of your average 2K split pace.
Example:
If you complete your 2K in 7:00 (1:45/500m) → Threshold pace = 1:50–1:52/500m
So, if your session calls for 4 × 6 min @ threshold, row each at 1:50–1:52/500m.
Zone 2 pace: Roughly 15–20 seconds slower per 500m, about 2:05–2:10/500m.
Zone 2 rows: Conversational, steady, sustainable.
UNBEATABLE HYBRID RACE
The Unbeatable Hybrid Race is ONE LDN’s HYROX-style simulation event, designed to recreate the pressure, intensity, and structure of race day. With chip timing, a live DJ, and the Hybrid Racing Crew driving the energy, this is more than a workout. It’s a race-day rehearsal.
It’s your opportunity to benchmark progress, refine your race strategy, and push your limits alongside your team — in a competitive, high-performance environment.
