MEET Josh
Josh Silvera is a Sports Therapist, Stretch Therapist, and rehabilitation specialist based in London, with a background spanning elite sport, clinical rehabilitation, and performance coaching.
His approach combines sports therapy, assisted stretching, corrective exercise, Pilates, strength and conditioning, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and movement analysis. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Josh focuses on identifying the root cause of dysfunction to restore efficient movement, reduce pain, and improve long-term performance.
Alongside his clinical work, Josh is developing NMC Performance (Neuromuscular Communication)—a movement and rehabilitation framework that bridges neuroscience, biomechanics, sports therapy, and human performance. His long-term vision is to make evidence-based rehabilitation more engaging through education, technology, content creation, and innovative performance solutions.
Josh is passionate about helping athletes, active professionals, and neurodivergent individuals better understand their bodies, unlock their potential, and build resilience through movement.
