Sport has always been a huge part of Sam’s life. The highs, setbacks and lessons along the way shaped his outlook and sparked a passion for helping others navigate their own journey. Originally aspiring to work in professional football, Sam was drawn to supporting athletes through challenges, celebrating successes, and playing a key role in their long-term development.
Sam specialises in helping clients get from A to B, whether that's returning from injury or improving performance. He has a particular interest in power and speed development, using targeted training strategies to improve key performance markers to unlock athletic potential.

Alice is pre/post-natal qualified and specialises in body composition, strength development and lifestyle transformation. Her personalised approach helps clients build sustainable habits, improve physical performance and achieve long-term results.

As a single mother navigating stress, emotional eating and declining health, she made a commitment to improve her wellbeing. Over five years she lost 32kg and transformed her lifestyle. Having experienced the challenges firsthand, she became a PT to help others achieve sustainable results.
Aimee’s coaching is grounded in empathy, education and practical strategies that fit real life. Through effective training, nutrition and stress management she helps clients achieve sustainable results that go beyond physical transformation to confidence, knowledge and habit-building that creates lasting lifestyle change.

After coaching children’s classes in exchange for a gym membership, he discovered a passion for helping others and being a positive role model. He later progressed into one-to-one coaching and qualified as a personal trainer, turning that passion into a career.
Max specialises in helping clients build strength, develop new skills and improve movement quality. With a strong focus on coaching technique, he works with people who want to challenge themselves, learn new skills and continually progress both physically and mentally.

Grace’s passion for fitness started through six years of competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where she experienced first-hand the confidence, discipline and structure that training can bring. When she began coaching part-time and started seeing the physical and mental transformation of her clients, she was inspired to lean in full-time. Today, she combines her love of fitness and people to help others perform at their best.
Grace specialises in delivering structured body composition transformations. Whether the goal is losing body fat, building muscle, or improving overall physique, she helps clients achieve sustainable results with a clear plan and timeline. Her focus is not just on short-term change, but creating habits and strategies that support long-term progress.

Osteopath | Strength and ConditioningCraig’s background is in competitive kickboxing, where he competed internationally and won multiple World Titles. Alongside competing, he coached Team GB athletes, sparking his interest science behind performance, injury prevention and long-term athletic development. This led him to study Osteopathy, combining hands-on treatment with strength and conditioning to create a more complete approach to health, performance and resilience.
Craig specialises in helping clients overcome pain, stiffness and recurring injuries, while designing training programmes for those with complex medical needs. Combining Osteopathy with strength coaching, he looks beyond short-term fixes to address the root cause of issues. He helps clients move well, train hard and perform with confidence.

Mara’s background is in competitive athletics, specialising in the 400m and 800m from a young age. Following an ACL injury, she developed a passion for strength training and rehabilitation, which shaped her coaching approach today. Her combination of performance coaching and physiotherapy knowledge allows her to help clients build strength, improve movement and reduce injury risk.
Combining a BSc in Biomedical Sciences with her MSc Physiotherapy studies, Mara helps clients build strength and improve running performance. Her evidence-based coaching focuses on long-term progress, injury resilience and helping clients understand the ‘why’ behind their training to maximise performance.

Adrian comes from a strength and performance background, with roots in Olympic weightlifting and a current focus on training, studying and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His journey into fitness started with a simple goal of building muscle, and it quickly became a passion for how structured training, nutrition and discipline can transform both performance and mindset. Now he helps others, who want similar results, to achieve them.
Whether it’s achieving a new PB or building overall strength, Adrian is particularly skilled in lifting technique correction, and helping clients move better, lift with confidence and achieve performance goals. He does this through support with body composition, muscle gain and strength development.

With a background in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, Hyrox and endurance training, she brings a well rounded coaching approach focused on helping clients build strength, improve fitness and perform at their best.

Harry specialises in training for sports performance helping clients build strength, improve technique and enhance overall performance. By taking the time to understand each individual, he helps clients overcome challenges, build confidence and unlock their full potential through effective and sustainable training.
