FNL is more than a workout—it's an event! Open to everyone (members and non-members alike), this community class is the perfect way to kick off your weekend. Enjoy a fun team-based workout followed by a drink on us. Let’s sweat, connect, and celebrate together!
ONE LDN x Nike Engine Room Experience - 30.05.25 - 6:30-7:30pm
Join us for the next ONE LDN x Nike session, held once a month. This functional fitness workout emphasises building your engine through a team workout. Our class is designed to push your limits and foster community through the love of fitness. Get ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and experience the power of teamwork in our high-energy engine room experience.
This class will be led by Nike Well Collective Trainer Naomi Heffernan & ONE LDN Coach Jake Seymour.
