  • HYROX Strength

    Build strength. Move better. Race harder.

    This is your technical foundation for race-day performance. We focus on quality movement patterns, progressive strength work, and mastery of HYROX-specific exercises like sleds, wall balls, lunges, and carries. It’s not just about lifting heavier - it’s about lifting smarter, under fatigue, and at pace. Every rep has purpose. Every block builds resilience.

    This extended session is the closest thing to HYROX without stepping onto the competition floor. You’ll cycle through longer running segments and large station blocks to sharpen your pacing, transitions, and technique under fatigue. Think simulation, not just sweat.
